Prayer
During Lent we are holding extra Prayer times on Tuesday evenings from 7-8pm. These will alternate between St Matthew's and St Laurence's. (See calendar for details)
 We believe in the power and importance of prayer and meet regularly to pray together.We meet for 30 minutes on the following days every week:
You are very welcome to any of these meetings or to pray in church at any time. The church is open every day from approx 8am until 5pm. There is a "Prayer Corner" at the front of the south aisle for you to sit or
If you would like someone to pray with you, then after every 10.30am service there will be members of our Prayer Ministry Team in the choir stalls sitting quietly for you to join them. Please feel free to come forward whenever you feel in need of this ministry. This is also available at Village Praise in the Memorial Hall on the first Sunday of the month. We always set aside time in our Small Groups for regular prayer and support. Once a month there is "Soaking Prayer" usually on the fourth Thursday evening when you can come and sit or lay down and soak up gentle prayer for you and to be aware of and to bathe in God's love.
