For a complete list of forthcoming services across the Group please click here Some of our services are led by Lay people and Holy Communion may be "by Extension" led by one of our licensed Readers or Elders using bread and wine formerly consecrated by a priest. Apart from during August, there is a said Holy Communion service at 8.45am on the first, third and fifth Sundays (5th Sunday is Book of Common Prayer) lasting about 30-45 minutes. Our main service is at 10.30am on Sunday morning and varies as follows:
At St Matthew's, parents of young children and babies can take them into the Church Room if they wish and still be able to hear the service, although we are used to children and welcome having them in church with us. Coffee, tea, squash and biscuits are usually served after the 10.30am services. Our dress code is very informal and relaxed |

On the first Sunday of every month (except August & October) it is a Village Praise service held at the Memorial Hall in the village lasting about an hour and is less formal and includes some more modern worship and often different service formats
